On your own driveway or private property, no permit is required anywhere we deliver. If a container needs to sit on a public street instead, each city handles that within its own limits — City of St. Joseph, MO for addresses inside St. Joseph itself. Outside any city's limits, Buchanan County, MO Government handles county-road and unincorporated-area permitting for the rest of Buchanan County; most of the other towns we serve are their own separately incorporated cities and handle that same question through their own municipal office where one exists. Missouri weather genuinely changes the calculus here. Spring brings a real severe-weather and tornado season, typically March through June, and winter brings occasional ice events — both are a routine, practical scheduling factor across Buchanan and Andrew Counties. Either can occasionally push a delivery back half a day, and a heavy stretch of rain can turn a solid driveway soft — tell us if your project is time-sensitive around a forecast and we'll work the schedule around it.
